Reiss Greenidge
Reiss is a graduate of the famous Arsenal academy who went on to play for West Bromwich Albion and also spent time playing in Norway. A serious knee injury meant he had to take a step back, and now he leads talent ID for FGSL — identifying the next generation of players coming through.

Faisal Mohammed
Faisal is a former cruiserweight boxing champion turned acclaimed Hollywood actor, with credits on major film productions. He is the creator of “The Champion Effect” training programme and works closely with FGSL’s athletes on and off the pitch, ensuring they perform at their absolute best.

Jack Cawley
With deep knowledge of the non-league landscape, extensive contacts, and first-hand experience of what it takes to succeed at this level — from part-time logistics to cup heroics and Wembley finals — Jack is an ideal figure to help identify, attract, and develop talent for your club. A reliable leader who has “been there and done it,” Jack Cawley represents the heart and soul of non-league football.

Steve Watts
Steve is an ex-professional footballer who enjoyed a long career in the English lower leagues. Now a professional poker player, he also works with FGSL to identify the top young talent coming through the pro leagues and non-league.

Dom Jean Zephirin
Dom is an experienced ex-international goalkeeper who is responsible for finding the best up-and-coming talent in France, as well as working with some of the biggest athletes for brand deals. He is also a physical trainer for youth and adults across a number of different sports.

Sam Hamerton
Sam brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from across the football industry. Having played high-level non-league football from the age of 15, he later moved into football agency and player recruitment, gaining first-hand experience working on deals involving clubs including Cardiff City, Swansea City and Ipswich Town. His playing background and industry experience give him a strong understanding of the game from both sides.

Kai McKenzie-Lyle
Kai is a current professional footballer and goalkeeper with over 10 years of playing experience, including experience playing abroad and at international level with Guyana. Alongside his playing career, Kai has several years of professional goalkeeper coaching experience and 2 years of mentoring experience, supported by recognised mentoring qualifications. This combination gives him a strong understanding of player development both on and off the pitch. With experience across different football environments and a vast network of players, coaches, clubs and industry professionals, Kai brings a player-focused approach to the football agency, helping identify opportunities and support players throughout their careers.
